SHIPPING METHODS

Estimated shipment arrival times after processing for addresses within the contiguous United States are as follows:

  • Standard: 3 to 6 business days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 to 4 business days

SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders up to $50: $9.00.
  • Orders over $51 - $100: $7.00.
  • Orders over $100 - $150: $5.00.
  • Orders over $150: Free Ground Shipping.
  • Bulk Orders over $1,000: 5.75% of the order value.

Additional Information

APO/FPO/PO Boxes

All orders shipped to APO, FPO, or PO Box destinations will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Military Installations can take up to 8 weeks to receive your package. We will do everything we can to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner.

Tracking numbers are available on most shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO Boxes until it reaches your Military Installation. Certain items cannot ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box destinations.

International Orders

U.S. Patriot currently ships to most international locations. All international orders, including U.S. territories, will be shipped via FedEx. Please note that certain items are not eligible for international shipping. International shipping times vary depending on the package destination.

All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping quote you receive during checkout. U.S. Patriot does not accept returns for orders shipped to international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, we will ship an order in multiple shipments. In these cases, the customer will only be charged for one shipment. You may receive more than one tracking number for orders in multiple shipments. You can check the status of each shipment by logging into your account and clicking the Order Status tab.

Backorders

Backordered items will be sent to you as soon as the item becomes available. For help with a back-ordered item, please call customer service at 844-USP-GEAR (844-877-4327).

Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Body Armor

The following terms and conditions apply specifically to the purchase of personal body armor of any kind, including, without limitation, soft armor, hard armor, armor plates, and helmets (collectively "Body Armor"), from U.S. Patriot, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "U.S. Patriot").

U.S. Patriot, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the sale of Body Armor to anyone for any reason. By purchasing Body Armor from U.S. Patriot, you expressly certify and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase of Body Armor complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws associated with the purchase and possession of Body Armor.
  • You are not legally prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or using Body Armor;
  • You are not a felon;
  • You are an adult at least 18 years of age;
  • You are legally allowed to purchase, possess, and use Body Armor;
  • Your purchase of Body Armor does not violate any local, state, or federal laws;
  • You will only use Body Armor for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances;
  • You are not purchasing Body Armor for criminal purposes; and
  • You are purchasing Body Armor for your personal use and not for resale, export, or use by someone else to avoid compliance with applicable laws or these terms and conditions.

Body Armor Shipping Restrictions

US Patriot cannot lawfully ship Body Armor to customers outside the contiguous United States or to APO/FPO/DPO without State Department approval.

U.S. Patriot cannot lawfully sell Body Armor to customers in Connecticut, with some exceptions for law enforcement personnel and armed forces members. Please contact a U.S. Patriot sales representative for more information.

Body Armor Returns or Exchanges

U.S. Patriot does not accept the return or exchange of Body Armor for any reason.

Exclusions of Warranties

U.S. Patriot does not manufacture or control the manufacture of Body Armor sold by U.S. Patriot online or in-store. The availability of Body Armor through U.S. Patriot does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product or manufacturer. Accordingly, U.S. Patriot does not provide any warranties with respect to the Body Armor that it sells. For warranty information, please contact the manufacturer directly.

U.S. Patriot sells all body armor "as-is" and without warranty. U.S. Patriot hereby expressly excludes and disclaims all warranties with respect to body armor, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of title, or warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party. Check with your jurisdiction to determine if the above disclaimer applies to you.

By purchasing Body Armor from U.S. Patriot, you agree that U.S. Patriot shall not be liable under any circumstances for any breach of warranty claims or for any damages arising from the manufacturer's failure to honor any warranty obligations that it may have to you.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You assume all risk and liability for your purchase, ownership, and use of Body Armor, regardless of any oral or written statements communicated by U.S. Patriot, by way of technical advice or otherwise, related to the condition and use of the Body Armor.

In no event shall U.S. Patriot be liable to you or any third party for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or lost profits or revenues arising out of or relating to any alleged breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable, whether or not U.S. Patriot was advised of the possibility of such damages, or the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based (tort, contract, or otherwise).

U.S. Patriot's sole and entire maximum liability and your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount you paid for the body armor you purchased from U.S. Patriot.

This limitation of liability shall only apply to the extent permitted by law and shall not apply to liability resulting from U.S. Patriot's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
